The Rose Petal Skirt was fashioned after the Rose Petal Cape. The skirt has encapsulated inside each layer of the skirt. The flat front waistband has elastic for extra flexibility. The layers of tulle cascade, each a different shade of pink which creates an ombre effect. Size 4 - 6.
